We will only deliver goods to the address provided upon checkout. It is important this address is accurate and we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered and signed for.

Please note: We offer local delivery & curbside pick-up in New Dundee as well as Canada wide shipping by courier.

- Our current lead time for shipping is 5 working days for items in stock. You will be contacted via email if there is any change to this. Delivery times are non guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control the delivery date may be extended.

- Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location.

If you wish to return an item / request a refund within 5 days of the item being delivered. Please notify us at info@lillianelsiehome.com with a picture of the damage or fault as we will need this before we can process a refund.

Once approved, we will notify you with detailed instructions. Please ensure that items being returned are packaged adequately in the packaging to ensure that goods are not damaged in transit otherwise we may not be able to exchange process a refund.

We advise you to use a fully insured return delivery service and retain proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours of goods being received.

Shipping to the United States is now available by Tracked Packet. At this time, we are not able to offer flat rate shipping but will continue to search for the best rates possible! Please note all customs, taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges vary according to the size/weight and delivery destination of the package and cannot be refunded.

All orders are shipped by courier within Canada.

Free shipping is available on orders over $125 within Canada.

We have $16 flat rate shipping on most orders in Ontario, $18 for larger orders in Ontario. We continue to work to reduce shipping costs locally as well as provinces outside of Ontario.

We are located in New Dundee, Ontario Canada. We do offer local pickup for items in stock at that location.

Items that are listed as available at the local office location are available for pick-up, local delivery and shipping. Pick-up date and time will be arranged after order is received and processed. Please ensure to include the best way to contact.
