All orders are processed and packaged within 5 working days

Shipments or deliveries may be delayed due to weekends and holidays. if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and expect any delays. We will communicate these changes.

Damages

 If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly info@lillianelsiehome.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
